Ultrasound Music Festival – Backstage Gallery

Last weekend saw the phenomenally successful Ultrasound Music Festival come to Tamworth Castle Pleasure Grounds. The weekend saw many of the UK’s top pop acts playing the Festival, including The Wanted, N-Dubz, Tinie Tempah, The Saturdays, Example, Chipmunk and many more, ending with a 90-minute set from Madness on the Sunday. TOWIE Twosome for Tamworth!

Sisters Sam and Billie Faiers of hit TV show “The Only Way Is Essex” are both pop fans and will be attending the Ultrasound Music Festival on the 3rd and 4th September at the Tamworth Castle Pleasure Grounds. Both are keen chart followers and are promoting their upcoming fitness DVD which also features Lydia Bright.

The Wanted join the Ultrasound Music Festival

Top UK band The Wanted have been added to the Ultrasound Music Festival for the Sunday 4th September. This addition to the line-up means the Festival will be a perfect opportunity to see a multitude of top chart acts at one event. The Wanted have interrupted plans to take the USA by storm in order to play the Ultrasound Music Festival at the Tamworth Castle Pleasure Grounds.

Spooky goings-on at the Ultrasound Music Festival

The Ultrasound Music Festival has discovered that N-Dubz star and X-Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has a unique connection with the ghost of the Black Lady of Tamworth Castle! Tulisa attended the La Sainte Union school in Camden. The school was set up in the 19th century by the Sisters of La Sainte Union, whose heroine was Editha of Tamworth, whose ghost is said to haunt Tamworth Castle to this day. She is known as the “Black Lady” because of a terrible wrong committed at her nunnery in Polesworth.
