Talking to a TV cooking legend Sabrina Ghayour

Sabrina Ghayour is a best selling author and the most popular on the subject of Persian Cooking so it was a great opportunity for me not only to meet her but to work in The Kitchen at Chewton Glen on some of her amazing recipes. She is a great talker and waxes eloquently and passionately about her country and its extraordinary culinary history. She demonstrated a marvellous neck of lamb dish and the amazing way of cooking basmati rice Persian style. I tried my meatballs last night and they are unique and the aubergine frittata works a treat. It was a great day and easily repeated.
